Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Shipping & Handling is charged according to weight and destination as follows:

UK Mainland: 1-20kg £18.00, over 20kg £28.00

Europe & Non-mainland UK: 1-5kg £18.00, 6-10kg £21.00, 11-20kg £28.00, 21-30kg £37.00, 31-40kg £46.00, 41-40kg £54.00, 51-75kg £72.00, 76-100kg £85.00 and £0.50 per kg thereafter.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 business days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

If you are registered as disabled or a charity in the UK you must send us a VAT exemption form with your order.

We are obliged to charge VAT if we do not receive the form with your order.
